The Flourish & Thrive Community was inspired by my own journey of personal awakening and growth, the peak of which spanned over a period of 10-12 years. Throughout this time, I knew my world was changing and evolving, but it was scary because I was doing it on my own.

I know that once you’ve received the call to grow and you commit to crossing the threshold from the known and familiar world, into the unknown world of growth transformation, you can often feel alone and sometimes overwhelmed with decisions, choices and emotions.

What I found on my own path is the incredibly limited opportunities I had to express my thoughts and emotions to people who would understand. In the process of personal growth, you are in a constant cycle of learning, shedding layers, building the new and integrating. During this time, having a safe and supportive space for authentic expression is so important.
